The Triteq GSM Alarm Terminal is a robust and easily installed 6 channel monitoring and alarm device, which utilises GSM technology. Its versatility can be demonstrated in both urban and rural areas and it has almost limitless applications in many sectors of industry. The Alarm Terminal contains a GSM cellular engine, SIM card holder, Aerial and screw terminal alarm input connectors. Configuration is achieved by composing simple text messages from any GSM mobile phone. The unit is ideal in situations where an alarm device is required but a conventional PSTN line is either unavailable or it is prohibitive to install one. The GSM Terminal is available in two variants, in a custom steel enclosure, or as a module for OEM use. Both versions require a DC power source of between 8V and 50V rated at 2A to operate.
