Compaq's Advanced Exchange minimizes system downtime and the loss of valuable working time by shipping an 'as new' refurbished replacement product to the customer. The service provides a replacement product by courier within next business day delivered at customer's site for exchange by the customer. The faulty product needs to be boxed and ready for collection by the courier at the time of delivering the replacement product. All costs including hardware telephone support, parts and transport are covered by the Carepaq.
